Firmware Updates
Firmware updates within the same major release if always available, at no additional charge, and for download directly within the GUI of the SmartShare product. Updating the SmartShare product is a one-click action.
MySmartShare
MySmartShare is a web-based monitoring tool which allows MSP/ISPs to remote monitor their SmartShare products. With MySmartShare you can follow the end-customers traffic pattern, check whether there is a possibility to sell license or product upgrades, as well as potentially offer reports towards end-customers. MySmartShare also offers an alert system that can warn the MSP/ISP if certain criteria's are seen. MySmartShare can further more with great effectiveness be used as a deal-closer during pre-sales since a data-driven test review can be conducted.
